Each person is allowed only one hi98 account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, those will be treated as duplicate accounts and all benefits, including bonuses, will be forfeited.

If anyone opens an account on behalf of a minor or assists a minor in gaming activity, both accounts will be closed and all associated transactions will be voided.
